Coaching Package (Pre-Teen and Teens)

Service Description

Three (1) Hour Coaching Sessions for pre-teens and teens and includes an introductory (30-min) session with adolescent and parent. Sessions include (but not limited to): ~ Socialization ~ Organization ~ Future-Self ~ Finding Clarity From 2010 - 2018, I was the co-founder of The Live Well Project. This annual San Diego event hosted over 200 at-risk youth teens paired up with volunteer mentors. It focused on Goal setting, healthy eating and inspirational guest speakers.
